Core Aeration is an important lawn maintenance task to keep your lawn healthy and green. Aeration helps loosen compacted soil, which can cause thinning grass and even brown patches.
Over time your soil can be compacted by normal use and weekly maintenance. When the soil compacts, it won’t allow water and nutrients to penetrate the soil very deep. Core aeration opens up the soil allowing water and nutrients into the soil at a deeper level. Roots grow thicker, deeper and won’t dry out as quickly. Your grass will be healthier & thicker.
